SHIPPING POLICY
ShopZaka connects ZakaBosses (youth entrepreneurs) with the ZakaFam (our community of buyers), but each store runs its own hustle — including how and when they ship. Here’s how it works:
How Shipping Works
ShopZaka has standard:
- Shipping rates
- Delivery methods
- Recommended delivery times (wihtin 5 days – but check the Shop’s info before buying)
So when you shop on ShopZaka, check the shop’s specific shipping info before you buy. If it varied signifiantly to ShopZaka’s policies it will be t’ll be listed on their product pages or shop profile.
Delivery Time
ZakaBosses aim to ship as soon as they can, usually within 2–5 working days.
If your item is made-to-order or custom, it might take a little longer — but trust, it’s worth the wait.
If you haven’t received your item in the expected timeframe, reach out to the ZakaBoss directly through the platform.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are flat rates, depending on the delivery method.
They may offer:
- Flat-rate shipping
- Free delivery over a certain amount (if the ZakaBoss has decided to offer this)
Where We Ship
- At the moment, ShopZaka is proudly South African — meaning orders are delivered within SA.
- Some ZakaBosses might offer international shipping, but it’s up to them. Be sure to check before placing your order as there will be an extra shipping cost.
Delays or Issues
If there’s a delay, damage, or issue with your delivery:
- First, message the seller directly via their shop on ShopZaka
- If there’s no response within 3 working days, contact our support team at customercare@shopzaka.co.za
We’ll step in to help where needed.
Returns & Exchanges
- Each ZakaBoss handles their own returns and refunds.
