How do I keep my ShopZaka account secure?

Here’s how to keep your account locked down

Strong Password 
 Build a beast of a password:

  • 12–15+ characters
  • Mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers & symbols (!@#$%)
  • No birthdays, names, or “123456”
  • Keep it random or go with a solid passphrase (e.g. “Drip4Days$NeverSleep”)
  • Use a unique password just for ShopZaka

Stay Off Public Devices
 Don’t log in on shared computers or random café WiFi. Ever.

Update Regularly
 Change your password every now and then — no one likes a stale combo.

Don’t Overshare
 Never give out your login details. And if you get a suspicious email, don’t click — ShopZaka will never ask you for your password.

 

I think someone’s messing with my account — what now?

Something off? Don’t panic — just act fast 

  • Change your password immediately
  • Log into ShopZaka.co.za
  • Head to your Dashboard → Orders and scan your recent activity
  • Spot something shady? Email carecorner@shopzaka.co.za with the details
  • If needed, contact your bank or payment provider to lock cards or flag a transaction

FYI: Zaka doesn’t store your credit card info — so your coins are one step safer.
