What’s a support ticket?

 A support ticket = your official way to get help with an order.
It lets the seller know there’s a problem and tracks the conversation until it’s sorted. ✅

How do I create a support ticket?

  • Head to shopzaka.co.za
  • Click the Log In icon n
  • Select Order History → then choose the order you’re having an issue with
  • On the right side under Actions, click Support
  • Fill in the details:

    • Category n
    • Priority  (Standard or Urgent)
    • Describe the issue 💬
  • Hit Submit — and you’re done. We’ll handle it from there!

When will I get a reply?

Stall owners aim to reply ASAP (on business days).
Response times depend on the issue, but we try to move quick. ⚡

Can I track my ticket status?

Absolutely. Here’s how:

  • Log In to your account
  • Go to your Dashboard
  • Select Support Tickets from the dropdown
  • You’ll see all your tickets listed
  • Click View to check the one you want to track 📋

What if it’s urgent?

 Set the Priority to Urgent when you create your ticket.
We’ll bump it up and aim to get back to you even faster. 🧯
