What’s a support ticket?
A support ticket = your official way to get help with an order.
It lets the seller know there’s a problem and tracks the conversation until it’s sorted. ✅
How do I create a support ticket?
- Head to shopzaka.co.za
- Click the Log In icon n
- Select Order History → then choose the order you’re having an issue with
- On the right side under Actions, click Support
- Fill in the details:
- Category n
- Priority (Standard or Urgent)
- Describe the issue 💬
- Category n
- Hit Submit — and you’re done. We’ll handle it from there!
When will I get a reply?
Stall owners aim to reply ASAP (on business days).
Response times depend on the issue, but we try to move quick. ⚡
Can I track my ticket status?
Absolutely. Here’s how:
- Log In to your account
- Go to your Dashboard
- Select Support Tickets from the dropdown
- You’ll see all your tickets listed
- Click View to check the one you want to track 📋
What if it’s urgent?
Set the Priority to Urgent when you create your ticket.
We’ll bump it up and aim to get back to you even faster. 🧯
