When do I pay my membership fees?

Membership is paid upfront on the same date your registered, each month. 
You’ll check out through the site just like a product — we’ll even send a reminder on the 1st.

How do I change my membership?

Switching up your package?

1. Log into your shop Dashboard
2. Click shop Manager
3. You’ll see your current plan in red
4. Click your membership > then hit Cancel (top right)
5. Confirm the cancelation
6. Now scroll down > click Change or Upgrade Plan
7. Pick your new plan and you’re in

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, anytime before the 1st of the month.
