Monthly Membership Fee

Membership fees go towards keeping Zaka live, secure, and pushing your products out to the world.
Commission
We take a small commission only when you make a sale — because we only win when you win.
Payment Processing Fees
These are charged by payment providers (PayFast, Yoco, and the banks).
They take a fee per transaction.
It applies to the full order total (product price + shipping + commission).
💡 Processing fees aren’t from us — they’re industry standard.
What about extra services?
We offer optional managed services for vendors who want a bit more support — like bulk uploads or branding help.
Fees for these are custom and transparent, always explained upfront.
