How to make a Payments

1. What payment options does ShopZaka accept?

🟣 Card payments (via Yoco):

  • Visa (Credit, Debit, Electron)
  • MasterCard (Credit & Debit)
  • American Express (Credit & Debit)
  • Maestro Cards
  • SASSA Cards

🟢 EFT (via PayFast):
Supported banks include:
FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Capitec, Nedbank, Investec, TymeBank, African Bank, and  Bidvest.

2. How to pay with a credit/debit card:

  • Add your favourites to cart 🛒
  • Click 
  • Select Pay using Credit or Debit Card
  • Enter your card details on our secure gateway:
    • 💳 Cardholder’s Name
    • 🔢 16-digit Card Number
    • 📅 Expiry Date
    • 🔐 CVV/CVC (3 digits)
    • 🏠 Billing Address
  • Review and click Pay  
  • Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in your app  

3. How to pay via EFT:

  • Shop your heart out ❤️
  • Click Checkout
  • Choose Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Select your bank → You’ll be redirected
  • Log into online banking and follow the prompts
  • Enter the reference number + confirm amount
  • Click Pay and approve in your banking app if needed 🔐

4. Can I use a coupon?

If you’ve got one, use it!

📝 How-to:

  • At checkout, drop your code into the Coupon Code field
  • Click Apply Coupon to see your discount pop 

 4.1 Can I use more than one coupon?

Sometimes, yes! As long as the items qualify — some shops/products might be excluded.

4.2 Are there any conditions?

Yep. Coupons can have:

  • Expiry dates
  • Minimum spend rules
  • Product/category restrictions
    *Check the fine print 👀

4.3 How many times can I use a coupon?

It depends on the coupons. Check the terms on each coupon to be sure.

4.4 Where can I find valid coupons?

  • Socials
  • Promotional emails

5. How do I dispute a charge?

If something seems off, here’s what to do:

  • Double-check your account & email for order confirmations 📧
  • Still nothing? Contact us at carecorner@shopzaka.co.za with:

    • The order number
    • Date & time of transaction
    • Screenshots (if possible)
  • If you suspect fraud, notify your bank immediately 🛡️

6. Can I pay the ZakaBoss directly 

  • No, not on ShopZaka
  • ShopZaka will not guarantee the transaction if you have dealt directly with the vendor and nthe transaction was not made on ShopZaka.
