How do I get paid?

To cash out your Stall earnings, hit withdrawal from your Stall Dashboard.

A withdrawal is just you telling us:
“Run me my money.”

We send your funds directly to the verified bank account on your profile. Easy.

When is my money ready to withdraw?

Your earnings become available once:

✅ The order is delivered
✅ 5 business days have passed (refund window closes)
✅ You’ve got at least R151 available
✅ Your vendor profile is fully set up
✅ Your bank info is verified and correct (upload proof if needed)

Once you’re cleared, your payout lands directly in your account. 

When’s the deadline to request a withdrawal?

Withdrawals drop weekly – every Wednesday
To make that week’s payment run, request your withdrawal by Monday 14:00 (2PM) sharp.

Got a public holiday in the mix? There might be a slight delay, but we’ll keep you in the loop.

How long before the money hits my account?

You’ll usually see the money in your account by Saturday morning, latest.
Timings may vary depending on your bank – Zaka’s bank might not be the same as yours.

Keep an eye out for public holidays – they can hold things up.

How do I request a withdrawal?

Here’s the step-by-step:

  • Log into your Vendor Account
  • Go to Store Manager > Payments
  • Click the Withdrawal button (top-right)
  • Your account balance will show up — including:

    • Pending withdrawals
    • Reverse pay (if any)
    • Withdrawal threshold (R151 min)
  • Got enough funds? Enter your withdrawal amount
  • Hit Confirm – and you’re done

❌ If you don’t meet the R151 threshold, the withdrawal button will be disabled.

If you have not completed your bank information on your profiles – you will not be able to process a withdrawal.

Are there any withdrawal fees?

 Nope. No Zaka withdrawal fees.
Just your bank’s usual charges, if any.

Can I set up automatic withdrawals?

Not yet. For now, you control the money moves — so you’ll need to request each withdrawal manually.

Can I cancel a withdrawal request?

Yes, but act fast.
