Updating Your Zaka Account

1. How do I change my password?

Password reset? Easy:

  • Go to ShopZaka.co.za
  • Log In
  • Head to your Account Settings
  • Enter your current password, then your new one
  • Tap Save Changes 💾

⚡️Pro tip: Make it strong — avoid the birthdates & pet names.

 

2. How do I change my email address?

Inbox glow-up? No problem:

  • Log in to ShopZaka.co.za
  • Tap into your Account Settings
  • Update your email
  • Hit Save Changes
  • We’ll send a confirmation to your new email to seal the deal 📩

You’re all set.

 

3. Can I delete my account?

Yes — but it’s a one-way trip. Once your account is gone, all your data (orders, profile, the works) goes with it.  

To delete your Zaka account:

 Email carecorner@shopzaka.co.za with the subject Delete My Account and we’ll delete your account. 

We’ll miss your hustle, but we respect the move.
