1. Order Management
šļø 1.1 How do I place an order?
Ordering on ShopZaka is quick and easy. Hereās how you do it:
- Go to ShopZaka.co.za
- Browse the products in our Vendor Shopsš
ā Use the Search Bar or click Category to filter your faves
- Found your fit?
ā Select size, colour, or quantity
ā Click Add to Cart š§ŗ
- Checkout and plug in your delivery + payment info
- Youāll get a confirmation email + updates on your order š§Ā
1.2 Why canāt I place an order?
If youāre stuck at checkout, double check that:
- Your payment info is correct š³
- The item isnāt sold out ā

1.3 Where do I find my orders?
Track all your orders like a pro:
- Log in at ShopZaka.co.za
- Click your profile icon š¤
- Head to Orders > Order History
- View all your past + current orders with their delivery statuses ā Ā
1.4 How can I get help with my order?
For questions about a specific product or order:
- Contact the seller via their Shop page
- Or go to Orders > Order History ā Tap Support Ticket
- Pick a category, explain the issue, and click Submit š§¾

2. Order Status
2.1 What do the order statuses mean?
Hereās what each status means:
- Not Dispatched: Seller hasnāt shipped it yetĀ Ā
- Dispatched: Package is out with Pudo or PAXIĀ Ā
- Pre-Transit: Waiting to be scannedĀ Ā
- In Transit: On the way to youĀ Ā
- Delivered: Itās landed! š
Youāll get SMSes or emails at each stage.
If your order is stuck, contact the seller or log a support ticket.
2.2 How do I track my order?
- Log in to ShopZaka.co.za
- Head to Orders > Order History
- Click the tracking link next to your order
- Youāll be redirected to the courierās site for real-time updates š¦Ā
3. Changing Your Order
How do I change my order?
Want to switch quantity, colour or size? If it hasnāt been shipped, the seller might be able to help. Hereās how:
- Go to Orders > Order History
- Select your order ā Tap Support
- Drop your request and click Submit
Note: Each seller has their own policy, so itās worth checking their Shop first.

4. Cancelling Your Order
ā How do I cancel?
Same as changing your order ā if it hasnāt shipped, the seller might allow cancellation:
- Go to Orders > Order History
- Find the order
- Tap the sellerās Shop
- Hit Contact Seller and request cancellation š©
Note: Each seller has their own policy, so itās worth checking their Shop first.
5. Order Cancellations
š¬ Why did my order get cancelled?
It could be because of:
- Payment issues š³š«
- Product suddenly went out of stockĀ
- Youāll be notified with the reason + possible alternatives. Didnāt hear back? Contact the seller or message us at carecorner@shopzaka.com.
