You’ve made the sale. Now it’s time to ship it out and show up.
How do I charge for delivery?
ShopZaka uses standard delivery rates to keep things consistent and easy for sellers.
You’ll set these when listing your product, and your customer sees the full delivery cost at checkout.
Here’s how it works:
Delivery Price = Zaka Base Price + R10 per extra item
Delivery Options
- PUDO (Locker to Locker)
- PUDO (Locker to Door)
- PAXI Normal (3–9 Days)
- PAXI Fast (3–5 Days)
What if delivery fees are more expensive than delivery fees charged?
Need to charge more?
If your item costs more to ship (bulky, fragile, oversized), adjust your product price to cover it. It’s all about balance.

Offer Free Delivery on high-value items. It grabs attention, builds trust, and can seal the deal.
Who should I use to deliver?
We recommend two trusted partners:
- PUDO – Locker-to-locker or locker-to-door. Quick, easy, and reliable.
- PAXI – Perfect for reach, especially in areas without locker access. Choose Normal or Fast.
Both are affordable, widely used, and built for small business shipping.
When do I need to ship my order?
Once your order’s in and paid for:
✅ You’ve got 5 working days to ship the item
✅ Update your order status on your Stall Dashboard as you go (keep your customers in the loop)
