1. Finding Products

1.1 How do I find a product on ShopZaka?

Here’s how to lock in your next fave 🔥:

  • Use the search bar at the top of the homepage. Just type a product name, tag or keyword.
  • Use filters on the ZakaBoss page to browse by category.
  • Check out ZakaBoss shops to search by seller.

1.2 How do I get more information about a product?

  • Click on the product listing.
  • You’ll see a short description next to it.
  • Scroll down for product specs, sizing, reviews, and extra pics.

1.3 I can’t find what I’m looking for 😓

Try this:

  • Double-check your spelling and keywords.
  • Try different phrases (e.g. “beaded keychain” vs “custom charm”).
  • Browse through categories or use filters to narrow it down.
  • Still no luck? Email carecorner@shopzaka.co.za and we’ll help track it down.

2. Stock & Availability

2.1 When will an item be back in stock?

Ask the seller directly. Go to their Shop page from the product listing and click Contact Seller for restock updates.

2.2 What if my size or colour isn’t available?

  • Check regularly — bestsellers usually return.
  • Order it on backorder
  •  DM the seller on their Shop page via Contact Seller.
  • Or contact Support and we’ll jump in.

2.3 Can I place a backorder?

Yes — if the seller allows it!

  • A backorder means you’re buying now and receiving later once it’s restocked or made.
  • Not all sellers offer this, so contact them via their Shop page to confirm.
  • Or, email carecorner@shopzaka.co.za and we’ll check for you.
    💡 Tip: Add it to your Wishlist to get notified when it’s back.

 

3. Personalising Products

3.1 How do I personalise something?

Some sellers offer customisation. Here’s how to check:

  • Browse and click the product you like.
  • Look for a Personalise option in the product description.
  • Add your name, design, message — whatever’s allowed.
  • Preview it. 
  • Pick you size, colour & quantity → Add to Cart → Checkout

3.2 Is personalisation more expensive?

It might be. Some sellers charge a small extra fee. Others include it in the price. Check the product page or ask the seller directly.

3.3 Can I return a personalised item?

Unfortunately not — unless it’s defective or there was a mistake on the seller’s side. Since it’s made just for you, returns aren’t always possible.

4.1 How do I review a product?

  • Select the product → Click Write a Review

4.2 What’s a verified review?

A verified review = feedback from someone who actually bought the product on ShopZaka. No fake energies, just real insights 🙌

4.3 Can I review something I didn’t buy?

Nope. You have to be a verified buyer to leave a review.
Buy → Try → Review → Repeat.

5.1 What if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?

  • Open a support ticket on your account
  • Choose the option:

    • “Damaged item received” OR
    • “Wrong item received”
  • We’ll take it from there 💪
