A listing is your product or service on your Shop. It’s how you show the Zakafam what you’ve got — loud, clear, and scroll-worthy.
Each listing = product or service
You control everything about it:
📋 Details – Title, price, description, size, colour, availability, delivery options
📸 Images – Upload clean, high-quality pics. Lighting and angles matter!
📦 Stock – Add quantity and update when you restock
💵 Pricing – You set your price.
💬 Services? – Add things like duration, booking slots, and what you offer.
Your listing is your digital pitch. Give buyers enough info to feel the product, even if they can’t touch it.
What is a Category?
Think of categories like digital aisles
They help buyers find your stuff quickly, and help you get seen by the right crowd.
✅ You can select as many categories/subcategories as make sense. The more accurate, the better.
Choose from these core Zaka categories. They are divided into either Merchandise or Services.

Pro tip: Add your product to every relevant space — don’t limit your visibility.
3. What is a Listing Tag?
Tags = 🔑 search power. They’re short, sharp keywords that help buyers discover your product fast.
For example:
🕯️If you’re selling a handmade candle, your tags could be:
candle, soywax, gift, vanilla, home, handmade, scent, decor, wellness, local
💡 You get 10 tags per listing — so make them count.
Tags help with:
Search – Show up in more buyer searches
Sort & filter – Stay organised in your dashboard
Discoverability – Help people find your products even if they don’t know exactly what they’re looking for
