ShopZaka offers two flexible delivery methods to get your goods where you want them:

A locker-based delivery system. You choose to:

Note: Some shops may only offer one method – check their delivery info before checking out!

How does PUDO work?

Here’s how to PUDO like a pro:

• Place your order & select PUDO
  
• Choose door delivery or locker 
  
• Seller preps & ships your order
  
• You’ll get live updates via SMS or email
  
• Locker pick-up? You’ll receive a code & locker number – you’ve got 36 hours to grab it!
  
• Door delivery? Wait for the drop  

How does PAXI work?

• Choose PAXI & pick your nearest store (PEP, etc.)
  
• Seller ships to your chosen pickup point
  
• Get notified once it lands
  
• Pop into the store & collect 💨
  

How do I choose my delivery address?

• During checkout, you’ll select a delivery method & input your address

  Double-check everything: Name, street, apartment number, city & postal code
  If you choose locker or store pickup, the seller will confirm your nearest collection spot  
  Add any special instructions for the courier
