What’s a coupon & how does it work?

 A coupon = a unique code that unlocks a discount at checkout.
Enter the code → hit Apply Coupon → watch the total drop  

Where do I find legit coupons?

• In promo emails  
  
• On our socials  
  
• From your favourite shop owners
• Each shop creates their own, so they change often — keep an eye out 

 How do I redeem my coupon?

• At checkout, scroll to the Coupon Code field
• Enter your code
• Click Apply Coupon — discount applied!

Can I use more than one coupon on an order?

Yes — if your order meets the coupon rules 

• Some apply only to specific shops or products
  
• Others can be stacked — check the fine print 

Any conditions on coupon usage?

Yep! Coupons may come with:

• Expiry dates  
  
• Minimum spend limits  
  
• Product/category restrictions  
  Read the T&Cs on each one before using  

 Can I reuse a coupon code?

Depends on the deal:

• Some = 1-time use only
  
• Others = valid for a limited time

 What if my coupon doesn’t work?

  Troubleshoot it:

• Is the code entered 100% correctly?
• Is the coupon still valid?
• Does your item qualify?

Can I use a coupon after I place an order?

•  Once your order’s placed, no changes
• Be sure to apply your coupon before checkout.

Can I use a coupon for delivery?

• Nope ❌ — unless the code specifically covers delivery fees.
  Most coupons apply only to products, not shipping.
